CFM Export manages the custom superstructural engineering, chassis integration, and global distribution logistics of high-efficiency LPG Bobtails. Mounted onto standard premium rigid truck chassis, our mobile delivery tankers are highly optimized for urban and regional liquefied petroleum gas deliveries, combining maneuverable transport profiles with advanced technical gas pumping and electronic metering assets.

Our bobtails are available in capacities from 10 m³ to 32 m³, with Blackmer or Corken pumps, digital flow meters, and full ADR compliance.

Superstructural Equipment Matrix

  • Volumetric Versatility: Tank structures engineered from 10 m³ up to 32 m³ calibrated to matching rigid vehicle axle weights.
  • Pumping and Dispensing: Fitted with high-delivery Blackmer or Corken hydraulic pumps (or custom per request), automated hose reels, and liquid gas bypass loops.
  • Electronic Custody Transfer: Integrated weights & measures approved digital flow meter registers (LC or equivalent) with automated ticket printers and temperature compensation modules.

Safety Controls and Chassis Interlocks

  • Pneumatic emergency shutoff valves (ESD).
  • Interlock micro-switches preventing vehicle movement while discharge hoses are active.
  • Spark arrestors and full ATEX grounding reels.
  • Full chassis approval documentation and vessel test records provided.
