CFM Export coordinates the technical layout engineering, pre-delivery assembly, and global export packaging of standalone, modular LPG Skid Filling Systems. Built as completely self-contained, pre-piped, and pre-wired processing platforms on robust structural steel skids, these systems require minimal civil on-site installation work.

Available with single or dual dispensers, cylinder filling options, and Ex-proof pumps. Capacities range from 5 m³ to 30 m³, with custom designs available upon request.

  • Dispensing Modules: Single or dual dispensers, plus cylinder filling options. Equipped with heavy-duty electronic auto-gas dispensers or multi-head scale filling aggregates.
  • Piping Infrastructure: High-pressure seamless steel pipelines complete with bypass valves, strainers, check valves, and Ex-proof pumping groups.
  • Pumps: Ex-proof pumps (custom per request) ensuring safe operation in hazardous areas.

Turnkey Shipping & Rapid Commissions

  • Each skid system undergoes comprehensive hydrostatic loop testing and functional dry calibration tests before shipment.
  • The complete module is secured to the main structural frame, wrapped in protective heavy nylon, and shipped as a single FCL block.
  • Enables safe, rapid connection to regional electrical and gas networks within hours of arrival.
